This was an interesting project as it involved a property that was half new build and half pre-existing, which meant there were challenges with variance on tolerances. The project also had strict budget restraints which meant some options were counted out on price-point. We CNC machined each panel, to reduce costs and lead times. We had the ability to create variable sizes, to meet differences in tolerances on site.

It was extremely technical and challenging, working over a live stairwell where we needed to ensure that access and safety was paramount at all times. We worked whilst leaving the staircase open for other trades on site.
