A developer that regularly worked with us approached us, who trusted our ability to deliver on time and to budget. Due to a rapid programme, we had to handover one phase at a time, to ensure the following trades could start on site.

This project was a mix of commercial and accommodation, developed on prime land in Bracknell. Due to requirements for open spans maximisation of floor space, we had to work closely with the engineer to make sure all the connections were within wall space and of a size that would require finishes.
