Steel frame for contemporary residential house within a prestigious gated community.

We were recommended for our fabrication ability. An underground car park and swimming pools were amongst the many luxury features of this exciting project, which took 130 tonnes of complex bespoke steel to complete. There were many very specific and unique requirements. For example, many non-standard sizes and bespoke connections were used to form the frame. Due to the overlap with external stone finishers and structural glass, the structural steel tolerances had to be well above the norm.

Many hours of detailing were involved to make sure everything was thought through for following trades. The end-result was a stunning house, on time and within tolerances.
